After reading his ruling from about 5:15 p.m., Judge Tony Graf bound Robinson over on all seven counts, including aggravated murder with the great-risk-of-death aggravator and the victim-targeting allegation. He said the findings are preliminary, not a verdict, and that Robinson remains presumed innocent.
